It isn't as easy as what you think, more stress to come.
Getting along with a group of people, shihui/hongyi/enqi and etcc.
Still can't get used to the timetable, having 15 minutes break after every lecture.
Having mentors like Chef Fun, Mr Koh and Miss Ong.
Had I.S lesson in SOLO 2, awesome experience for practical.
- Vegetable cutting into different sizes.
- Potato dishes, mashed potato/roasted potato.
- Lasagna with White roux and Chicken bolognese sauces.
English lesson from the basic, good benefits for me re-taking O'level Eng.
Food science and Hygiene course, not-bad.
Essential Food Knowledge and Demo kitchen lesson, best !!
So tiring for my long journey.
Endure for 1 year.
Must have 90% for attendance.
